I am absolutely passionate about breastfeeding. It’s something that is very close to my heart.
I am a trained breastfeeding counsellor with the ABM (association of breastfeeding mothers, a national breastfeeding organisation).
I have already supported many families' breastfeeding journey and I’m delighted to say that I’d love to help you through your journey as well.
I can be there for you from the very beginning to offer you and your baby support and get you off to a good start. I’m able to help you through different breastfeeding challenges at your home or at the hospital (if you’re on postnatal ward) if these occur.
I support families privately at home, at breastfeeding drop-in groups and also as a volunteer at the Lister hospital in Stevenage on the maternity wards.
Prices start from £30 an hour (depending on location + travel expenses if more than 10 miles from my home), for a minimum of 2 hours.
Support via Zoom is also an option.
Breastfeeding antenatal preparation
I’m delighted to be able to offer a 2 hours breastfeeding preparation session. I believe that knowledge is key for a successful journey. Knowing how breastmilk is being produced, how supply works, how to manage breastfeeding in the early days, knowing what’s ‘normal’, what to expect with regards to baby’s early days behaviour etc is so important for a straightforward journey. Recognising a deep latch and feeding positions that are right for you and your baby. We will cover all that and more during the session.
Prices start from £90 (depending on location) for a face-to-face session.
